- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)
- Skewers - 4-6 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, heavy cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken and chopped methi leaves to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, ensuring the pieces are evenly spaced.
- Brush the skewers with oil to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
- Grill the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
