- Green chili, finely chopped - 1 (adjust to taste)
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped almonds, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, green chili, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You may use your hands for better mixing.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form elongated kebabs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the skewers in the pan.
- Cook the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
