Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced chicken, salt, cumin powder, and garam masala, cooking until the chicken is browned.
  5. Reduce heat and add the yogurt. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
