Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cilantro, garam masala, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands to ensure the mixture is cohesive.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat and lightly brush the skewers with cooking oil.
