Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 8, halved
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the marinade, along with the diced bell pepper, red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
  5. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between paneer and vegetables.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with mint chutney.
