- Jaggery - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chana dal, urad dal, and peanuts to the pan. Sauté until the dal turns golden brown.
- Add dried red chilies and curry leaves. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in tamarind paste, turmeric powder, jaggery, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan, mixing thoroughly to coat the rice with the spice mixture.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
