Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, and salt.

- Once the oil is hot, carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter mixture into the oil, shaping them into fritters.
