  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - for frying
  • Spring onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Chop the cauliflower, carrot, and capsicum into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Add water gradually to form a smooth batter.
  3. Dip the chopped vegetables into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the battered vegetables until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
