- Milk - 100 milliliters

- Saffron strands - a pinch
- Cashews - 15 grams
- Raisins - 15 grams
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat and add the semolina. Roast the semolina until it turns light golden brown, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
- In a separate pot, bring the water and milk to a boil. Add the saffron strands and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Once the semolina is roasted, slowly pour in the boiling water and milk mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and the semolina absorbs the liquid.
- In another small pan, heat a little ghee and fry the cashews and raisins until golden. Add them to the semolina mixture and stir well.
