Ingredients

  • Lamb liver - 300 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped

  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for frying
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Clean the lamb liver thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the liver pieces with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated liver pieces in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Fry the liver for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
