- Lamb liver - 300 grams

- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Clean the lamb liver thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the liver pieces with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated liver pieces in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Fry the liver for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
