- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Burger buns - 2 whole grain
- Plain yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped kale, mashed chickpeas, onion, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
