  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Burger buns - 2 whole grain
  • Plain yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped kale, mashed chickpeas, onion, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
