- Kadai masala - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon

- Cheese (mozzarella or a mix) - 100 grams
- Fresh coriander leaves - a handful, chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute before adding the diced tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook until they soften.
- Sprinkle in the kadai masala and salt, mixing well. Add the cubed paneer and gently stir to coat them with the spices. Cook for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the spiced paneer and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle red chili flakes if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
