- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Heat oil in a kadai over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add diced bell peppers and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add the paneer cubes gently and combine them with the masala. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
- Sprinkle garam masala on top, mix gently, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
