- Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat oil in a Kadai or a deep pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
- Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Stir in the ginger, garlic, and green chili; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Mix in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; cook until the tomatoes break down and the oil starts to separate.
- Crumble the paneer into the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the top, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
