  • Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for frying (approximately 3 tablespoons)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.

  4. Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the fish from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Garnish the fried fish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
