  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai or deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another minute.
