Steps

- Add diced bell pepper and slit green chilies, cooking for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, mixing well.
- Carefully crack the eggs into the mixture, ensuring they remain whole, and cover the pan.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on low heat until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the top and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
