Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza base - 2
  • Boneless chicken breast - 250 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1 medium, diced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Kadai masala - 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams, grated
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the capsicum and tomato, followed by the Kadai masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is well coated in spices.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Place the whole wheat pizza bases on a baking tray.
  7. Spread the cooked Kadai chicken mixture evenly over each pizza base.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top of the chicken mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and slice the pizza before serving.
