- Boneless chicken breast - 250 grams
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Capsicum - 1 medium, diced
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Kadai masala - 2 teaspoons
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams, grated
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in the capsicum and tomato, followed by the Kadai masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is well coated in spices.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Place the whole wheat pizza bases on a baking tray.
- Spread the cooked Kadai chicken mixture evenly over each pizza base.
- Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and slice the pizza before serving.
