Ingredients

  • Plain yogurt - 200 grams
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Green chili - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams of plain yogurt and whisk it until smooth.
  2. Add 1 medium diced cucumber, 1 medium diced tomato, and 1 small finely chopped red onion to the bowl.
  3. Mix in 1 small finely chopped green chili, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander leaves, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder into the mixture.
  5. Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
