- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams of plain yogurt and whisk it until smooth.
- Add 1 medium diced cucumber, 1 medium diced tomato, and 1 small finely chopped red onion to the bowl.
- Mix in 1 small finely chopped green chili, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander leaves, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Sprinkle salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder into the mixture.
- Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.
