Steps
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, cilantro, and salt to form a marinade.
- Cut each kachori in half, and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
