- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Green chilies - 2, finely chopped
- Cilantro (fresh coriander) - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or lamb with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cilantro, mint, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, bread crumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
