Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions (usually about 5-7 minutes) until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
