Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams

  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ghee to the skillet and let it melt.
  3. Add the almonds, walnuts, and cashews to the skillet and toast them for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until they are golden and fragrant.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add honey, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the nuts in the skillet.
