Ingredients

  • Sunflower seeds - 30 grams
  • Honey - 100 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Add the honey and vanilla extract to the melted coconut oil and stir until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the nut and seed mixture, adding a pinch of salt, and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Line a square baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the lined baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until the mixture is set.
  8. Once set, remove from the dish using the parchment paper, cut into squares or bars, and serve.
