  • Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
