  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, parsley, and chives.
  7. Fold in the cooked wild game meat into the egg mixture.
  8. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the sautéed vegetables.
