- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed venison to the marinade and mix well to coat all pieces. Cover the bowl and let the venison marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated venison cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the venison is cooked to your desired doneness and has a nice char.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
