  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (dairy-free) - 1/2 cup, shredded (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
