  • Rabbit leg - 300 grams

  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the rabbit leg to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, place the marinated rabbit leg and pour in 100 milliliters of water.
  5. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and mint over the rabbit.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to allow the rabbit to brown slightly.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
