- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Water - 100 milliliters
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the rabbit leg to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a baking dish, place the marinated rabbit leg and pour in 100 milliliters of water.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro and mint over the rabbit.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to allow the rabbit to brown slightly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
