  • Zucchini, sliced - 1 medium
  • Red onion, sliced - 1 small

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped cilantro, parsley, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the herb marinade.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the herb marinade.
