Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the game meat to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables by placing the carrots, zucchini, and onion in a roasting pan.
- After marinating, place the game meat on top of the vegetables in the roasting pan.
