  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Lemon juice - 30ml
  • Olive oil - 30ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika - 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, mint, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and paprika to create the herb marinade.
