Steps
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into 1/2-inch thick long strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
