  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the quail to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the quail from the marinade and allow any excess marinade to drip off.

  6. Once cooked, remove the quail from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
