- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- Coat the mackerel fillets evenly with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- Place the marinated mackerel fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
