  • Water - 250 ml

  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
