Steps
- Slice the green tomatoes into 1/4 inch thick rounds and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg (or prepare flax egg by mixing 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons of water and letting it sit for 5 minutes).
