  • Coconut flour - 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Coconut oil - 1/2 cup (for frying)
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Rinse the frog legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine coconut flour, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until frothy.
  4. Dip each frog leg into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the seasoned coconut flour mixture.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  6. Carefully place the coated frog legs into the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary, for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once cooked, transfer the fried frog legs to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
