  • Crickets - 100 grams

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Rinse the crickets under cold water and drain them thoroughly.
  2. In a pan, heat the ghee over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the cumin seeds to the ghee and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
