  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomato puree - 200 grams
  • Coconut milk - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
