- Coconut milk - 100 milliliters

Steps
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the tomato puree and cook for about 5 minutes until the oil starts to separate.
- Add the marinated fish pieces to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, gently stirring until the fish is cooked through.
- Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
