  • Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander, chopped - for garnish
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Place the fish fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice char marks.
