- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - for garnish
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt to create the marinade.
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized cubes and add them along with the prawns to the marinade. Mix well, ensuring all the seafood is coated. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated fish and prawns onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the seafood is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
