  • Prawns (peeled and deveined) - 200 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - for garnish
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized cubes and add them along with the prawns to the marinade. Mix well, ensuring all the seafood is coated. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated fish and prawns onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the seafood is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
