Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.

- Stir in the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften.

- Add the fish fillets to the pan, carefully submerging them in the sauce. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
