- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
