Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

- Stir in the sliced green chili, curry powder, and cumin powder. Cook for 1 minute to release the spices' aroma.
- Add the fish pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through and flaky.
- Stir in the shredded roti and soy sauce, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the roti to absorb the flavors.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
