  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and half of the lemon juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Place the marinated fish fillets in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. While the fish is cooking, prepare the koshimbir by combining diced cucumber, tomato, onion, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the remaining lemon juice, salt to taste, and mix well.
  7. 7. Once the fish is done, remove it from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
