  • Fresh coriander leaves - 15 grams
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons (for brushing)
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the fish fillets into 2-inch cubes and set aside.

  7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
