  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps

  1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper to form a marinade.
  3. Add the fish cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated fish cubes onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of bell peppers or onions if desired.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Remove the kebabs from heat and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
