  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies - 2, slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro - for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. 1. Marinate the fish fillets with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt for about 15 minutes.
