- Rice flour - 25g

- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

- Mozzarella cheese - 150g
- Onion (thinly sliced) - 1 small

- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Green chilies (sliced) - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to make a thick batter.
- Dip the fish fillets into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the battered fish until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Place the whole wheat pizza bases on a baking tray and spread a thin layer of olive oil over each base.
- Layer the sliced tomatoes and onions evenly over the pizza bases.
